American Friends of ANU | AFANU:
ANU-America is the programmatic and institution-building arm of the Museum of the Jewish People in North America. It continues to be the conveyor of the vision and mission of the museum, the transmitter of the rich content produced by the museum, the vessel to bring to North America the museum’s program offerings and exhibits. The organizations that will thrive in the future will practice a model of cooperation rather than competition. Thus, we will continue to broaden the scope of the strategic relations with compatible institutions and organizations such as museums, JCCs, synagogues, federations, Jewish learning centers, Israeli representatives, etc., and most importantly, develop and cultivate for this important global enterprise leadership that is dedicated to its vision, values, mission and goals. American Friends of ANU- Museum of the Jewish People (AFANU), a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization represents the interests of the museum as a resource development vehicle. It provides support for the ongoing and prospective programs and exhibits of the Museum.
